Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Art Recovery Hub! If you have any difficulties reading or understanding any of the following, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can assist you. 1. This is an agreement between Art Recovery Hub (us/ provider) and the Participant (you) to formalize when and how we will work together and includes how Art Recovery Support is to be provided by us to you. 2. The services will occur either online or face to face at the participant’s home or at a place that is specified by the participant and agreed to by the provider. 3. The service occurs weekly from the date of booking for recovery Coaching and Support Coordination and is renewed annually or commencement of [Art Goals Workshops (10 Weeks)| Artist Mentoring ( 24 Weeks)|Gigs ( Per Gig) until completion of activity only or Online workshop ( Per Program of Support)], Plus non face to face time for individualised planning and report writing. 4. Provider and Activity Transport are charged at (0.97 cents per km) and (1.00 per minute capped at 30 minutes each way) and/ or as indicated in the NDIS Pricing Guidelines which can be found here; https://www.ndis.gov.au/providers/pricing-arrangements. 5. Rates (costs per hour) are aligned with your (participants) goals and funding i.e., Capacity Building, Core or Recovery Coaching, Support Coordination or Other and time and day of support. Recovery Hub follows the NDIS pricing guidelines and arrangements and can be seen here; https://www.ndis.gov.au/providers/pricing-arrangements. *Examples of item numbers for Capacity Building | Core Funding include but are not limited to and are interchangeable to align with an individual’s goals and funding for accessibility to funding for a participant. Examples of item numbers used are: 117 – Development Of Daily Living and Life Skills Increased social and community participation 09_009_0117_6_3 Skills Development and Training Improved relationships 11_024_0117_7_3 Individual Social Skills Development 6. We ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice prior to the booked session. Any late notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged at the relevant rate to that support for the allocated booked time. 7. This agreement can be terminated at any time by emailing us or text messaging us via our email or mobile contact (7 days’ notice/ grace period applies for business viability purposes as per NDIS guidelines). 8.
